For this specific product, I was honestly disappointed. It did not do anything as it was described to do. This particular dietary supplement was supposed to be powerful and effective with helping reducing body fat, suppressing my appetite and increase my energy. I took as directed which was take two (2) capsules once daily. For maximum strength take two (2) twice daily with 8 oz. of water 20-30 minutes before a meal. I ate clean and took as directed and the only thing I started to notice at about two weeks was I was getting major head aches so I had to stop using. I tried to contact the company and got no response from them at all. So my honest opinion is to NOT use this particular product. I received this product at a highly discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion. But the only downside with me was I started to notice that every time I used this product I was getting major headaches, therefore I had to stop taking the pills.
